We are currently seeking a talented freelance video content creator to create videos for Scan Magazine on topics related to Scandinavian and Nordic themes. As a leading publication focused on Scandinavian and Nordic topics, we are looking for a freelance video content creator who can bring these subjects to life through engaging and informative videos.
Responsibilities:
– Create high-quality video content based on provided titles and topics related to Scandinavian and Nordic themes. The videos will be uploaded on the Scan Magazine Youtube channel and website.
– Produce, shoot, and edit videos independently, ensuring a professional and visually appealing final product.
– Gather assets for the videos such as background music, stock footage and stock photos, keeping record of the copyright/licenses of material used.
– Research relevant information to include in the videos, presenting accurate and interesting content.
Requirements:
– Experience in video production, editing, and voiceover/narration/storytelling.
– Strong knowledge and interest in Scandinavian and Nordic culture, history, travel, design, and lifestyle.
– Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– A portfolio or examples of previous video work.
This is a freelance position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. Please provide your hourly rates or a general estimated quote for a video around 5 min in length. Compensation will be discussed based on the scope of each video.
